All presenters are required to register and purchase an Early Bird or Regular ticket for ICLaVE|12 (see below) that is valid for all four conference days (8–11 July 2024). We kindly ask presenters to register before 15 March 2024, as their contribution will otherwise be removed from the programme.

Please bear in mind that the reduced Early Bird rates only apply until 15 February 2024. Payment must be received on or before 15 February for Early Bird rates to apply. Registration is not complete until the conference fee has been received!

You will receive a payment confirmation, depending on the selected payment method, this can take up to two weeks, thank you for your understanding.

One day tickets and Late / On Site registration are only available to those conference participants who do not give a paper (incl. panel), poster, or multimedia presentation. 

ICLaVE|12 is planned as a physical face-to-face event in Vienna. 

For cancellations received by 01.06.2024 (23:59 CET), 100% of the conference fee paid will be refunded. 
For cancellations received after 01.06.2024 (23:59 CET) or in case of no-show, the paid conference fee will not be refunded (we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover individual travel costs in case of emergency).

Conference Rates

Besides participation at the conference the fee also includes:

• lunch at the conference venue (Tuesday–Thursday)
• non-alcoholic drinks and snacks during the coffee-breaks
• warming-up on Monday
• wine reception on Wednesday as part of the poster/multimedia presentations
• conference dinner on Thursday 

 Confirmation of participation at the various social events is required during the registration process. 

Please note that the number of seats for the conference dinner is limited due to capacity restrictions at the venue. If you would like to attend, we recommend that you register early.
